Three road-bike stages on epic climbs around Zurich. You can discover a new stage every week and ride it as often as you like for two weeks. Your fastest time counts. For the Tour finish (combined total time) you need at least one time on every stage.
Les Cols de Zurich is a road-bike climbing tour around Zurich: three demanding ascents are defined as stages, and participants record their fastest time per climb.
Who is it for?
- Road cyclists who want to test themselves in individual time trials on set routes.
- Riders who prefer flexibility: no mass start, but individual rides within the time window.
- Community-minded cyclists who enjoy rankings, challenges and special badges.
Flow & mechanics
- Each stage is released within a set window (e.g. Friday to Sunday, or across two weeks).
- Times are measured via GPS recording (through Strava or Garmin) and flow into the leaderboard automatically.
- Whoever completes all three stages takes part in the overall classification ("Tour Finish").
- Extra motivation badges: e.g. the "Bienli badge" after five rides, the "bat badge" for a night stage, and the "hat-trick" for all three stages in a single day.
